The City College of San Francisco (CCSF) is a two-year junior college with 11 campuses located in the city of San Francisco. Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, the college offers associate degrees, professional certificates and transfer programs in more than 100 disciplines. Located in Los Altos Hills, on the southwest side of the bay, Foothill College offers students certificate programs, two-year associate degree and transfer programs in 80 academic areas, including child development, dental assisting, paramedics and viticulture. Laney College, located in Oakland, is part of the Peralta Community College District. The ACCJC-accredited junior college offers more than 40 associate degree programs, transfer and career certificate programs.
