Canada Game Design Colleges

An article in Canada's Financial Post in 2009 stated that at least 247 video game companies were employing at least 14,000 people in design, programming and production. Canada, the world's third-largest video game producer in the world, recorded $2.09 billion in game sales in the year 2008. Securing a job at one of Canada's video game companies requires specialized training in game design and animation--training that is offered by several Canadian colleges.
