Nursing & Midwifery Schools

Midwives are medical specialists who help women both during and after their pregnancies. There are several kinds of midwives, but nurse-midwives are registered nurses who have received advanced training in midwifery. To become a certified nurse-midwife, you must receive a master's degree in the subject or graduate from an accredited nurse-midwife program.
