Atlanta Tech has an enrollment of about 2,200 students and has the highest graduation rate, with 35 percent. Washington Monthly also singled out Cascadia Community College in Bothell, Washington for its dedication to learning. Cascadia had the highest ranking for active and collaborative learning. The school has an enrollment of about 1,300 students and a graduation rate of 34 percent. Cascadia also ranks highly in student-faculty interaction.

Another publication, Community College Week, publishes yearly rankings of the highest degree-producing junior colleges in the country. Topping the list is Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida, which produces more than 5,000 degrees per year. Valencia also boasts an incredibly diverse graduating class and overall student population. Valencia produces incredibly satisfied students, with 90 percent saying they would recommend Valencia to someone else.
