      Based in Norwalk, CT, the Design Education Cooperative (DECO) is the professional education program of the World Fashion Council. Although not an accredited college, the cooperative offers certificate programs for workshops taught by industry professionals. Class sizes are restricted for an intimate learning experience. A block of ten hours of private workshops costs $650. All students who wish to enroll in the workshops must complete a student application form.
