Move to the end of your written paper in order to write your bibliography according to the 5th edition of APA Style. Insert a new page at the end by selecting "Page Break" under the "Insert" tab. At the top of this page, write "References." Center the text and hit "Enter" twice. Position this new line of text as left-aligned.
Type out the brochure information beginning with the name of the company which produced it. Insert a period and then type the year the company produced the brochure. Put the year into parentheses and finish with a period outside the parentheses. Type the title of the brochure in italicized font, then write the edition of the brochure in parentheses if applicable. Finish this section with the word "Brochure" in brackets with a period outside the brackets. Type the city and state of publication separated by a period and insert a colon. Type the author of the brochure, if applicable. The full citation, according to the 5th edition of the APA Stylebook, should look like this: Name of Company. (Year). Title of brochure (5th edition) [Brochure]. City of Publication, State of Publication: Author.
Cite the brochure within the text of your paper by including the name of the company, the year and the page number you pulled the information from. Insert these in parentheses and separate them by a comma. The full in-text citation, according to the 5th edition of the APA Stylebook, should look like this: (Name of Company, Year, pg. xx).
