Weatherford, Texas Colleges

Weatherford, Texas, is about a half-hour's drive from Fort Worth and about an hour from Dallas. At the intersection of U.S. Highway 180 and U.S. Highway 80, Weatherford is close enough to the Metroplex to visit but far enough away that residents live a more rural lifestyle. The town's only college, Weatherford College, is a 90-acre junior college established in 1869.
