How to Reference a Magazine

All sources of information that you use when writing a term paper must be listed as references at the end of your paper. This includes articles published in non-scholarly magazines. The American Psychological Association (APA) and the Modern Language Association (MLA) publish guidelines for the proper citation of articles from magazines. The format for your citations depends on which guidelines your instructor has asked you to follow.
