How to Cite a Film as a Reference

Plagiarism is taking the words or ideas of someone else and trying to pass them off as your own. When writing a term paper, it is imperative to cite all sources of information so that you avoid any charges of academic plagiarism. This includes non-text sources such as films. The Modern Language Association (MLA), American Psychological Association (APA) and Chicago Manual of Style all set specific guidelines for the citation of films.
