How to Cite Plays in an Anthology

It is important to cite all sources used in your term paper so that you are not suspected of plagiarism. Sources should be included in a reference list at the end of your paper. If you are citing a play contained in an anthology, you must include publication information pertaining to both the play and the anthology. The Modern Language Association (MLA) publishes easy-to-follow guidelines for citing a play or plays in an anthology.
