The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) has a plethora of resources for Hispanic students. According to HSF, their mission is to strengthen America by advancing the college education of Hispanic Americans. HSF was founded 35 years ago and has given $300 million in scholarships. HSF offers scholarships to high school, college and community college students. One particular program offered through HSF is the MassMutual Multicultural College Scholarship. Every year, MassMutual Financial Group delivers $135,000 in scholarships to students. Hispanic college students can apply for up to $5,000 every year of college.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is committed to providing resources for minority students at the college and graduate level. It is a private foundation that has been voted one of the most philanthropic organizations in the United States. It offers several scholarship opportunities for Hispanic students, one of which is the Mary Gates Endowment fund for students interested in the University of Washington. Graduate students can apply for the Gates Cambridge Scholarship, which assists students conducting research in London. Students interested in public service can apply for the Gates Pubic Service Law scholarship.

Hispanic students interested in pursing education in the health care field can apply for certain scholarships. Project Learn through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation at Rutgers University offers a 10-week intensive summer course for students who would like to learn about work in the health care profession and gain hands-on experience. The internships provide students with a $3,900 scholarship for tuition and living expenses.
