To apply, you must be enrolled as a full-time student, and a member of your program's faculty must nominate you for the award. If selected, you will receive a nonrenewable scholarship award of $15,000 as well as a $2,000 stipend to be used for travel expenses to attend a professional conference in your area of study.

The Beinecke Scholarship is awarded to currently enrolled college juniors who plan to enroll in a master's degree program in the arts, humanities or social sciences. To be considered for an award, you must be nominated by your college or university and demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and potential for success as a graduate student. Selected students receive a $4,000 award prior to enrolling in a graduate program and an additional $30,000 over the course of their enrollment.

The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) provides scholarship awards to minority students who are completing a master's degree in business or a related field at an accredited college or university. To apply, you must be able to demonstrate academic achievement, strong leadership and communication skills and active participation in community service activities. Scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $15,000, and selected students are also granted membership in the NBMBAA.

The program provides up to $4,000 per year to qualified students, and you must be enrolled in a participating college or university. In exchange for the grant, you must agree to teach full time for a period of four years in a public or private elementary or secondary school that serves primarily low-income students.
