The Society for the Advancement of Behavioral Analysis offers two $500 grants annually to master's students conducting thesis work examining behavioral analysis. To be eligible, students must have formal approval from their academic department to begin their thesis work. Open to U.S. and international students. Applications are accepted in September.
The National Collegiate Athletic Association provides grant funding for master's thesis work in the areas of student-athlete wellbeing and participation in college athletics. The grant awards up to $7,500 for one year of support. Applications are accepted in May.
Grants of up to $750 are available from The International Writing Centers Association to graduate students conducting thesis research on writing centers. Awarded two times a year, with proposals due in January and July.
The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues offers the Clara Mayo grant to graduate students conducting thesis research on sexism, racism or prejudice. Four grants of $1,000 each are offered annually. Students must be SPSSI members to qualify. Proposals are accepted in spring and fall.
