Applicants may be sent to a foreign country or work in the United States depending on the available projects. You may be a good candidate if you are a U.S. citizen or resident with a master degree. You must also have a mentor who will support your work after the training is over. The scholarship requires you to travel to Bethesda, Maryland for orientation if chosen. • Harvard School of Public Health scholarship not only provides funding but pairs scholarship winners with health professionals from the Centers for Disease Controls (CDC). The Association of Schools Public Health/CDC Environmental Health Scholarship awards three scholarships to Ph.D students who want to study the link between public health and the environment. You must be attending a school that's a member of the association and submit a detailed project proposal.
