Set aside bulletin board space. Most classrooms are equipped with bulletin boards that can be used to display important information or updates. Clear off a bulletin board section to dedicate to the display of student art work.
Cover the bulletin board, using large butcher paper or fabric. Staple the fabric or paper starting at the top of the board. Pull the board covering material so that it lays tight against the bulletin board surface and staple around the perimeter.
Create a bulletin board heading. Make a title to place on the bulletin board which indicates that the work displayed is the original work of students. You can easily create these letters using stencils, or, if available, you can use an electronic cutting machine of the type typically used for scrapbooking.
Populate the bulletin board with student work. Select art work and staple it to the bulletin board. Include work from every student so that no student feels left out.
Label the work with student names. Allow others to see which student artist is responsible for each piece by labeling the work with student names. Type or write the names on slips of computer paper and staple each name next to the appropriate work of art.
