Lay the paper that contains the student work on a flat surface.
Measure the sides, top and bottom of the paper with a ruler and mark down the measurements.
Measure four lengths of paper bulletin board border to equal the measurements taken from the student work. For example, if the each of the sides of the paper is 11 inches and the top and bottom of the paper is 8 inches, cut two 11 inch and two 8 inch lengths of bulletin board border.
Run a strip of double-sided tape along the top, bottom and each of the sides of the student work.
Place the edge of the measured and cut paper border strips on the paper over the double-sided tape, creating a border around the paper.
