Consider your audience. As a teacher, you have probably gotten to know your students extremely well. Think about the age of your students, their strengths and interests before you begin designing your racetrack bulletin board. Determine the phrase you want to highlight on your racetrack bulletin board. "Race Across the Globe" makes a great phrase for a history class, while "Speed Reader" might make a good title for an English class. Cut out the letters you want to use or purchase letters from the store to accompany the images you have chosen.
