Instructions

    • 1

Attach cork board strips around your room, and thumbtack your students' latest creations to them.

    • 2

Hammer nails or hooks into your classroom wall at various intervals around the room, close to ceiling, and string heavy yarn from them. Tie jumbo paper clips every 12 inches on each piece of yarn, and hang your preschoolers' artwork from them.

    • 3

String lightweight clothesline across the ceiling, providing space for larger pieces of art, such as flags or banners. Attach your students' artwork to the clothesline with clothespins.

    • 4

Attach tacky wax to individual clothespins, and stick them to walls, windows and doors. Clip small, lightweight art masterpieces to them.

    • 5

Arrange clay and play dough artwork that your children created into dramatic scenes on bookshelves and table tops.

    • 6

Set up folding screens, art easels or a standing kiosk to provide additional display space.

    • 7

Snap digital photos and scans of art items to create images of your student’s artwork. Pull these into a slide show or PowerPoint presentation to show during an open house. Or display the pictures continually using a digital photo frame.

    • 8

Insert artwork into large scrapbook albums, photo albums and sleeves to create themed books for displaying your children’s artwork at in your classroom and for carrying to other locations in your school as well.

    • 9

Laminate preschool children’s artwork to create place mats or table mats. Use them as mats when painting or playing with clay.
