Take any piece of paper. The model is a square colored paper. Place it on the table.
Place one side of the square to its opposite side. Fold and make a crease.
Open and turn the paper. Observe that it divides the plane into two equal parts whose intersection is a line.
Take one corner of the square and place it on the crease of the square, making another crease or line going to the next corner. Refer to the picture. (Make sure that the tip or point intersects the crease or line.)
Open. Observe the lines made when you perform the above steps.
Do the same procedure as Step 4 to the other corner. Refer to the figure.
Fold the open part following the crease or line made of the previous steps.
Check your work by comparing it to the image on the left.
Turn and check your work. Refer to the picture.
Turn the paper again and create a midpoint of the upper side or line. See picture for reference.
Place the lower part of the paper to the upper portion but folding. Make sure to fit the midpoint of the line to the one corner or vertex of the triangle. See picture.
Turn the paper and check your work by comparing it to picture on the left.
Observe the small triangle on the bottom right of the paper. Fold it as seen in the picture.
Turn the paper again in preparation to the next procedures.
Fold the right side of the paper to the back forming one side of the triangle.
Fold the left side of the paper to the back forming another side of the triangle. Now you can see triangle but we need to perform the next steps to complete the project.
Check your work by looking at the back portion of the triangle. Is it similar to the picture on the left?
Prepare the paper to place or insert to the other portion of the paper.
Insert the left part into the right portion of the paper.
Insert Completely.
Success! Observe that the triangle is an equilateral and it has three pockets in each side.
