Holy Spirit Elementary School is located at 1441 Eighth Street North. A kindergarten through fifth grade school, courses include music, art, physical education and standard elementary school subjects such as mathematics, language arts and social sciences.
Located at 1825 11th Street South, Nativity Elementary School was established in the Fall of 1961. According to its Web site, the Nativity "community celebrates faith in word and action. Students are actively involved in social justice activities and relationships." A kindergarten through grade 5 institution, Nativity Elementary School is described as a small school environment with individual student attention.
Sullivan Middle School, at 5600 25th Street South, is a grades 6 through 8 school. With a strong Parent-Teacher Organization, eighth grade algebra opportunities for qualified students and junior varsity and varsity sports opportunities, Sullivan Middle School students are exposed to "excellent educational programs where faith is integrated with academic subjects through weekly Masses, daily prayer and faith-sharing experiences" according to its Web site.
With a new building opened in the fall of 2002, Shanley High School, at 5600 25th Street South, is the newest location for students looking to receive a Catholic education in Fargo. A grade 9 through 12 school, as of 2011, there are more than 80 course offerings, including advanced placement courses and a speech and debate program that ranks among the top in the nation. Most junior varsity and varsity sports compete at the Class A level --- the highest in North Dakota --- except for football, which competes at the Class 2A level.
