    • At Saint Joseph's College of Maine, many distance education and online nursing degrees are available. Nurses can earn a BSN or MSN through online coursework, transfer credits and challenge examinations, while holding a full-time position. The school is a Catholic-affiliated liberal arts institution, established in 1912 by the Sisters of Mercy in Standish, Maine. Saint Joseph's is accredited by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges, according to All Nursing Schools.
