How to Get GED Scores Online in Pennsylvania

The State of Pennsylvania lets students who have successfully passed the GED exams to complete a GED transcript request form to receive a record of their scores. The Pennsylvania Department of Education General Educational Development Transcript Request website provides an online form that can be completed with all of the necessary information. The website will prepare the form and request you to print it, sign it and mail it with the required fees to the Commonwealth Diploma Program.

      Go to the Pennsylvania Department of Education General Educational Development Transcript Request website (see Resources).

      Click the link for "Click here to generate a printed transcript request form."

      Enter in all of the examinee information, including name, social security number, date of birth, address, telephone, alternate names tested under (if any) and year the GED test was taken.

      Click the "Next" button.

      Enter the name or institution you want to send the GED transcript to, along with the address. Click "Add" if you need to send copies to more than one address.

      Print the online-generated GED scores request form, sign it and mail it to Commonwealth Diploma Program, 333 Market Street, 12th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17126. Include with the request form a $3.00 money order or cashier's check per transcript for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
