Look up your vocational school's website. Go to the registrar's page, if there is one, to learn whether you can submit a transcript request online or if there is a transcript request form available to print out online. Make a note of any transcript fee that must be included with the request. If you are having trouble locating your school, look for it in the RWM Vocational Schools Database.
Find the vocational school's contact information for the registrar's office, if you were unable to obtain a transcript request form online. This office generally handles transcripts and will be able to advise you on what you will need to do. Ask if there is a fee.
Check your student account balance to make sure you don't owe any money. Generally, schools will not release your transcripts if you owe them money. Something as little as a late fine for library books can delay your transcript request. Pay any money you owe.
Fill out the transcript request form or follow the registrar's directions to get your transcript. Double-check the address you want the transcripts sent to, particularly if it is not your address, to make sure the transcript goes to the right place.
Mail the transcript request form and fee, or return the form in person. If the transcript is being sent directly to an employer or another educational institution, follow up to make sure the transcript is received.
