Juniper Hall is the only residence building on the campus of Central Oregon Community College in Bend. More than 100 coed students are housed in two wings with a common social area. Each room comes furnished and houses two people. To qualify to live in Juniper Hall, you must have a 2.0 GPA from high school or another college and be registered for at least 12 eligible credits. To continue living there, you must be in good standing academically and register for 12 eligible credits prior to the finals of the current term.
At Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay, all first-year students from the designated region are required to live in one of the campus's 18 residence halls. Each building features apartment-style housing with either single or double occupancy. Internet access is available in each room and cable outlets are provided. The computer lab, laundry rooms and student lounge in the various buildings are open to all students. Meal plans can be purchased.
Located in Ontario, Treasure Valley Community College houses 142 students each term. The residence hall is central to the campus's important buildings, including the library, recreational facilities and classrooms. Laundry facilities are provided in addition to a fitness center. Students living in the on-campus housing do not have to prepare meals or wash dishes.
Lane Community College does not have on-campus housing for students, but it will provide information on properties that rent to students. In addition, Lane works in conjunction with St. Vincent de Paul to offer two-bedroom units at Bagley Downs specifically to Lane students. The Housing and Community Services Agency offers units at Village Oaks for Lane students through the Lane County Housing Authority. College Corner, which is run through Jennings Property Management, and Cooperative Student Housing also rent to Lane students. Lane Community College is in Eugene, as is the University of Oregon. The two schools have a dual-enrollment program. Students in this program qualify for housing at the University of Oregon campus.
