How to Obtain College Transcripts

College grades don't stop mattering as soon as the semester is over. Your college transcript can help or hinder your job prospects, your chances of getting into your graduate school of choice and even your ability to take certain classes in college. You may need a copy of your college transcript --- a record of your grades --- for some of these purposes. Depending on your intended use, you may choose to obtain official transcripts or unofficial transcripts. You may pay a higher fee if you choose to obtain official transcripts.
