How to Obtain Transcripts From Georgia Perimeter College

  Navigate to the GPC student information system (see Resources) and click "Enter Student Information System."

  Enter your username and password and click "Login." The login information is the same that you use for your college e-mail and iCollege. If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it from the website (see Resources).

  Scroll down to the bottom of the bulletin board and click "Continue".

  Verify your address and phone number when asked.

  Select "Student Records" and click "Request Official/Printed Transcript."

  Download the Transcript Request Form from the Georgia Perimeter College website (see Resources).

  Print out the Transcript Request Form.

• 8

  Fill out the transcript request form with the requested information.

  Mail the form to:

  You can also fax it to 678-891-3280 or bring it in person to the Enrollment and Registration Services Office.
