How to Request My Transcripts From Muskingum College

Muskingum University is located in east-central Ohio and was established in 1837. Requesting a transcript from the university involves contacting the office of the registrar through email, fax or by mail. The transcripts cost $5 per request, or $10 if the paper will be faxed. All transcripts received from the registrar will come bearing the university's seal and the registrar's signature.

  Download the "transcript request form", which can be found on the Muskingum University website. You can also mail or fax a letter to the Muskingum University's Office of the Registrar. Information in this request should include name, dates of attendance, undergraduate or graduate status and the address to which you wish the transcript sent.
