How to Transfer From Junior College

Transferring from a junior college to a four-year institution---instead of earning your degree exclusively from a four-year college---will save you thousands of dollars in tuition costs. It is a convenient route that can be beneficial in the long run. If a student does poorly in high school, he has a second chance in junior college to raise his grade point average and get into a better university. Transferring to a university typically takes two years, but it can be done in one year if you work hard enough.
