• Students interested in becoming licensed real estate agents in Pensacola can take a 63-hour prelicense class at the Real Estate School of Florida. This also includes a final exam. Once students take courses, receive at least a 70 percent on the school's final exam, mail in the appropriate paperwork to the state of Florida and earn at least a 75 percent on the state's exam, they can become licensed real estate agents. The Real Estate School of Florida charges $285 for a classroom course and $250 for an online course. Extra charges do apply for exams and licensure. The school offers day and evening classes.
