• C.C.'s Cosmetology College has a number of locations, including sites on the western and eastern sides of Tulsa, and are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). The locations are owned by cosmetologist and master instructor Chiquita Carter, who founded the school in 1975.
