Minnesota Cooking Colleges

People pursue cooking colleges for different reasons. Some hope to become master chefs, some want to manage the best restaurants in town and some just want to give their family something different for the evening meal. Minnesota has two culinary colleges, both located in the twin cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul. However, Minnesota also has a variety of smaller, less professional cooking schools. These educational, palate pleasing classes bring professional recipes to home kitchens.
  1. Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis/St. Paul

    • Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts is located in multiple cities throughout the United States, including the twin cities Minneapolis/St. Paul. There are three main programs offered at this location. They are Culinary Arts, Pâtisserie and Baking, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management. They also offer Culinary Management and Hospitality and Restaurant Management online. For people wanting to learn to cook like a chef without actually becoming one, they can take non-professional specialty classes on campus as well. These include everything from Cajun cooking to tapas of Spain.
