Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, is home to the National Center for Hospitality Studies. Sullivan is nationally recognized as one of the top culinary institutes in the United States. Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC) in Louisville also provides students with culinary arts training through its various programs. Rather than just offering certificates and diplomas, however, JCTC offers associate of applied science degrees in the field of catering culinary arts and food and beverage management.
