The French Culinary Institute of New York City is in the heart of SoHo. The school offers one-on-one training by top industry chefs like Jacques Torres, André Soltner, Cesare Casella, Alain Sailhac, Jacques Pépin and Alan Richman. Each student is given his own fully equipped cooking station and the teacher-to-student ratio is 12 to 1. Students will also work in the Michelin-rated L'Ecole restaurant located on campus.
