Michigan Graphic Design Colleges

Michigan was the birthplace of the automobile industry and still leads in the technological advances in that area. Graphic arts and digital media capabilities are a growing industry in Michigan as well, with a 20 percent increase in employment expected in the immediate years to come. In response to this surge, many colleges in Michigan are preparing students who can think in concepts and see personality in typefaces.

    • Adrian College offers the graphic arts student a solid foundation in traditional art.     • The Graphic Arts program of study at Central Michigan University focuses on preparing the student for entry into the expanding world of web design and design animation.
