Rancho Cucamonga, located in San Bernardino County, California, 40 miles east of Los Angeles, is a city of more than 175,000 people, and home to a number of technical schools and colleges that teach various vocations, including cosmetology, automotive work and nursing.
  1. Automotive

    • Universal Technical Institute, a school that provides automotive, diesel and motorcycle technical training, has 10 locations throughout the U.S., including Rancho Cucamonga. The vocational nurse program prepares students to become vocational nurses in home health care and emergency clinic settings and as reviewers of health care utilization.
