How to Cite a Blog Comment Without an Author

Electronic sources are being used more frequently in education. Websites, online lectures, webcasts, podcasts and blogs are used to communicate additional information to students outside the classroom. These resources can also be used as references for research papers. These references must be formatted in the same style the paper is written in. The American Psychological Association's APA style of writing is frequently used in the academic setting and provides guidelines for citing online sources. Blog comments by an unknown author can still be documented.
