The Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants offers scholarships to student members of the association who are in their first or second year of physician assistant training. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in primary health care, submit a 750-word essay and provide a recommendation from a faculty member in their physician assistant education program. The organization annually awards $1,000 to first-year students and $1,500 to second-year students.
