Top Rated Medical Transcription Schools

The Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) sets the standard for medical transcription (MT) schools. It states that schools should include courses in medical style and grammar, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, concepts of disease, pharmacology and laboratory medicine, medical transcription technology, medical law and ethics, along with lots of medical transcription practice.

Schools that meet the above criteria can voluntarily be approved by the AHDI. Top rated MT schools also offer job placement programs, and their graduates easily transition into adept medical transcriptionists.
