Life University's College of Chiropractic combines academic coursework with hands-on experience. All training takes place at the Center for Health and Optimum Performance and allows students to work with patients under the supervision of a practicing chiropractor. The program also provides students with an extensive business curriculum to help them enter and build their own practice.

First National University of Naturopathy offers educational and training opportunities in oriental medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, chiropractic and osteopathy. The naturopathy program focuses on basic medical arts and sciences, and students learn naturopathic philosophies to help treat patients living with various medical conditions. Students are able to perform physical examinations by noticing changes in the organs and structures of the body.

In 2006, Gwinnet College took over the Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health and converted their massage therapy program into a diploma program. The Accrediting Council for Independent College and Schools has accredited the program, which prepares graduates for a career in massage therapy. The curriculum focuses on musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology, reflexology and neuromuscular therapy. Students also take courses that prepare them for operating their own business, and all credits from this program can be transferred into an Associate of Science degree in business.
