4 Year Pastry Schools

If you have ever tried your hand at baking, you know there is more to it than following a recipe. Many people consider baking an art, and like other artists, bakers must cultivate their art through training and practice. As a result, an increasing number of colleges and universities in the United States now offer four-year bachelor's degree programs in baking and pastry arts.
