Students who successfully complete their major can expect to find pastry positions in restaurants, hotels and resorts. These positions include baker, pastry cook, assistant pastry chef, baker's helper and bakery manager. Upon completion students will obtain a certified pastry culinarian degree. There is a low student-to-teacher ratio so classes and lab sizes will be small.
