Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Welding Schools

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor, the country has a shortage of welders. In 2010, the average age of the nation's approximately 600,000 welders was 54, which means the field will continue to grow over the next decade as current professionals retire. Two schools in Pittsburgh offer welding programs, Triangle Tech and Community College of Allegheny County. Triangle Tech's Pittsburgh campus is located north of downtown, while CCAC offers courses in downtown Pittsburgh at its campus on Stanwix Street.
