Royal College of Surgeons

• The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland is one of the leading schools of medicine and surgery in the United Kingdom. The college is divided into four schools: the School of Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and the School of Nursing. Founded in 1784, the college is an independent (private) institution and holds partnering programs with medical schools in Malaysia (Panang University), Dubai and Bahrain.

• University College Cork was founded in 1845 and maintains a yearly attendance of roughly 16,000 students, of which 3,000 are graduate students. The College of Medicine and Health within the university system is split into the School of Medicine, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy and the School of Clinical Therapies. National University of Ireland, Galway

• The School of Medicine within the National University of Ireland, Galway, is a select institution, usually enrolling an average of 800 students. In undergraduate studies, the school offers Bachelor's of Medicine, Surgery or Obstetrics.
