The school also offers symposia, lectures, panels and roundtables on the subject of corporate law. The Corporate Law Center works closely with other parts of Fordham Law School, such as the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, a journal edited by Fordham students. Students at Columbia Law may use the Transactional Studies Program as a communication platform to initiate dialogue with the school's faculty as well as economists, judges, business leaders, practicing lawyers and government officials.
