Colleges in Southeastern Massachusetts

While the greater Boston area is known for its world-famous colleges, less known are the colleges of southeastern Massachusetts. While there are no Ivy League institutions in the area, there are a number of first-rate liberal arts colleges for students seeking to further their education.

    • Dean College is primarily known as a two-year college, but it also offers bachelor's degree programs, including entertainment management and dance. Students can also earn an associate's degree in 15 majors, including early childhood education, health sciences, history, math and science, sport fitness and theater. Dean College is the only school in the Northeast that offers both associate's and bachelor's degrees.
