If you are seeking a career in investment banking, your best bet for breaking into the industry is earning a Master of Business Administration degree. Many schools offer one or more specialization options within their degrees which allow you to focus on your specific field of interest. Getting into a good graduate school requires a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Majoring in business is not essential, although it helps.
