Colleges in Florida for Equestrian

Equestrian programs at college can consist of clubs or sports teams that compete at shows sanctioned by the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA), National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) or Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) shows, or equine degree programs. There are currently no NCAA teams operating in Florida, but plenty of options for IHSA, IDA and equine degrees. The IHSA offers scholarships that all members can apply for, but few schools offer scholarships to members of club sports and most schools view equestrian clubs and teams as club sports.
