You'll learn practical aspects of organic horticulture at the onsite orchards, greenhouse and propagation facilities. One- and two-year training programs based on the New Zealand Qualifications standard are available with options for either full- or part-time attendance. Classes include everything from sowing and planting to pest and disease control and pruning.
