How do I Translate a Document From German to English?

  Select an online language translation service such as Google Language Tools or Yahoo's Babel Fish.

  Select German as the language you want to translate from and English as the language you want to translate to.

  Copy and past the text you wish to translate into the blank text box.

  Click the "translate" button.

Dictionary

  Purchase a German/English dictionary. The dictionary should have two separate sides: one English and one German.

  Identify and translate the words that you know, if any.

  Look up each German word in the dictionary. The dictionary will show you the English translation.
