How to Speak German

Whether you're traveling, planning to study abroad, or want to be able to converse with foreign relatives, learning to speak a second language is a great way to connect with the world around you. Due to an influx of western European immigrants in the 19th and early 20th centuries, German is a particularly applicable language for the millions of Americans who can trace their family history back to Germany.
